I Bike celebrates 1 year of advocacy

(GCF) – Guam Cycling Federation’s I Bike will be celebrating its One Year Anniversary Community Ride on Labor Day holiday on Monday, Sept. 3.

The ride will start at the south parking lot of Micronesia Mall at 9 a.m. and end at Agana Shopping Center. Advanced riders are encouraged to ride the return route. This central bike route is about 11 miles roundtrip. Maps will be given out.

Everyone is welcome and it is free. Young riders must be accompanied by an adult. Refreshments and free one year anniversary T-shirts will be provided.

Meanwhile, registration for the Nissan Rainy Season Race Series is now open at Hornet Sports in Tamuning. Registration is due by 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 1. Race fees increase by $10 for race morning registration.
