THE Guam Masters Baseball League held semifinal playoff action in the Guantis and Panak Divisions Wednesday night at Paseo Stadium.
Playing for the recreational title in the Guantis Division, the Yona Masters came from behind to beat CTD Adahi 10-9 in nine innings. Yona advances to the Guantis division recreational title game.
In the Panak Division semifinal, playing for a shot at the GMBL championship game, Chevy Silverado beat the Asan Rai 14-4 in five innings for the 10-run rule win. Chevy Silverado advances to the championship title game.
The Recreational Championship for the Guantis Division is scheduled for Saturday, July 14 at 4 p.m. with the Yona Masters facing the winner of the Pohnpei Masters-Triple J Blue Jays game.
Chevy Silverado will play the winner of the Pacsports Giants-Santa Rita Braves game for the 2012 GMBL Championship.
The Championship will be played on Saturday, July 14 at 7 p.m. Both games will be played at Paseo Stadium.
