PAUL Steven San Nicolas, 44, has been charged with two counts of simple stalking as a third-degree felony and three counts of harassment as a petty misdemeanor.

San Nicolas is accused of repeatedly sending offensive text messages and phone calls to his ex-girlfriend over the past five months, during which he allegedly referred to her as a “whore” and a “slut.”

The defendant would call the victim at her work and allegedly yell at her within earshot of her co-workers.

San Nicolas allegedly went so far as to shout expletives at the victim repeatedly in the presence of their 5-year-old daughter, who was in the car at the time.

The defendant has admitted to texting derogatory messages to the victim and parking his car next to the victim’s vehicle at various public shopping areas.
