Procurement hearing reset

The procurement appeal hearing on the Department of Administration’s procurement of services from Data Management Resources has been rescheduled for next week Monday, Oct. 29 at 1 p.m.

The reason for the rescheduling is that an opposition filed by the Attorney General’s Office had not been reviewed by the appellant and additional time was requested to review the opposition and provide a response.

DMR submitted the protest to a request for proposal on the installation of office software and hardware in March 2012.

The grounds for the protest was that DOA allegedly did not correctly evaluate DMS, did not act on good faith, and failed to convene the evaluation committee before rejecting DMS.
