ALLEGATIONS of illegal activity by officers named in the Blue House case have now prompted a new set of investigations.

Guam Police Department Chief Fred Bordallo announced dual investigations will now be conducted – both criminal and administrative probes.

“Administrative and criminal investigations are now being pursued concurrently. The investigators are now collecting and researching all documents and reports. They are also scheduling possible interviews. The investigations are now in full swing,” Bordallo said.

Two officers – “Mario” and “Tony” – were named by employees during the federal trial of Blue House Lounge owner Song Ja Cha as having visited the establishment and paying for explicit services.

Only one officer, David Manila, took the stand and testified that he bought drinks and had sex with one of the employees in the VIP room at the back of the lounge.

The Attorney General’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office are now assisting GPD with the investigations.
