THE two remaining candidates for Guam’s congressional seat will be participating in a forum today hosted by the Rotary Club of Guam.
The forum will be held at the Marriott hotel at 12:30 p.m.
Incumbent Guam Delegate Madeleine Z. Bordallo (D) and Sen. Frank Blas Jr. (R) will be presenting their platforms. They will also be asked about their positions on Obamacare, existing tax codes, and the military buildup.
The final question asks the candidates who they will support in the upcoming presidential election and why.

I taped the Congressional debate today between Congresswoman Bordallo and Senator Blas at the Marriott Hotel.
Held a phone conference with our Saina in Panama concerning the debate narratives and issues. Even sent him fax copies of the reporting by KUAM News, Pacific Daily News and K57.
That was the worst forum I ever witnessed. Both speakers dressed well and conducted themselves honorably. But they lacked programs and were completely void of ideas. They lacked substance. I walked away laughing. Bordallo, on one hand was riding on her laurels and what she accomplished the past ten years which was nothing. And Blas, tried to look so Congressional without a plan. Bordallo was saying re-elect me back to Congress and I will continue to produce zero. And Blas was saying elect me to Washington and if the House remains GOP, I will work with the GOP majority and produce "I DO NOT KNOW WHAT?".
Complete comedy central. What a joke.

Visionaries are what we need. Sound ideas and practical solutions to weather the storm of economic meltdown. My Saina has a United Nations NGO grant program to provide Solar Panel Power Kits to every resident & business on the island. Power costs will become a major funding outlay, considering the snake and spider infestations.
My Saina's candidacy is PRO BONO. I believe it is a stupid idea and utterly not necessary. His resourcefulness and genius in Telecommunicati ons and Technology fall in-sync with the needs of our region. Please read: http://micropacific.tripod.com/id12.html
Inatan Maolek,
Answer #1: Saina supports Obamacare completely. Because of our rural and outlying location, he believes that Obamacare will improve our healthcare delivery using technology. Please read: http://micropacific.tripod.com/id12.html
Answer #2. Saina believes the islands are ready to De-Link from the U.S. Tax Code and forge into a new & vibrant economic system. He believes in the Middle-Class but identifies the need to bolster our financial posture in the asia-pacific region. Please read: http://pacifictimes.tripod.com/dvds.html
Answer #3. Saina is the island's premier activists against the military buildup and for good reasons. Any military occupation must be balanced with a shared co-existence paragon. Please read: http://pacifictimes.tripod.com/letter.html
This is a Pro-Bono Write-In Candidacy. His Congressional Salary will be dedicated to GMH for Medicine & Supplies.
Primary goals:
1. Change GUAM-back-2-GUAHAN. There is an identity crisis and the island's social culture flaunts it. Please read: http://tinige.tripod.com
2. Unification of the Marianas Islands and people. A major political, social & economic endeavor which will stimulate that common growth & BOON.
My Saina's slogan: "If you do not vote for me....YOU LOSE."
