THE Guam Power Authority has announced there will be outages in Mangilao this Friday and Saturday. Customers located in the affected areas are advised to take note of the following outage schedule:
Sept. 28 (Friday)
- Pågat, Mangilao: From 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (6 hours). There will be an outage in Snowball St. and customers in the area. Crews will be replacing wooden poles and automatic splices.
Sept. 29 (Saturday)
- Pågat, Mangilao: From 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (6 hours). Affected will be Kinney’s Road and customers in the area. Crews will be replacing wooden poles and automatic splices.
- Mangilao: From noon to 2:30 p.m. (2.5 hours). Affected will be Perez Rock Road and customers in the area. Crews will be replacing wooden poles and automatic splices.
GPA regrets the inconvenience to customers, saying the outage is necessary as a safety precaution for line crews as they work to complete the replacements and upgrades.
