A MAN has been arrested after allegedly attempting to stab three minors in Tumon.
Wisper Wisim, 53, was told by one of the three teens to stop harassing Japanese tourists outside The Plaza late Friday evening. He then asked the teens if they wanted to fight. As they walked away from him, Wisim allegedly followed them and threatened to shoot them, Superior Court of Guam documents stated.
Instead, Wisim pulled out a small silver knife and began to swing it toward the teens. Security personnel were able to assist the boys and restrain Wisim until police arrived.
Wisim was charged in Superior Court with three counts of aggravated assault as a third degree felony with possession and use of a deadly weapon; public drunkenness as a violation; and terrorizing as a third degree felony.
