GUAM Department of Education Superintendent Jon Fernandez will be the guest speaker at the general membership meeting of the Guam Chamber of Commerce this Wednesday.
The meeting will be held 11:30 a.m. at the Oasis Ballroom of the Onward Beach Resort.
Fernandez will speak on the topic: “Guam’s Need for an Education Buildup.”
