THE Guam Power Authority has announced there will be an emergency power outage in Mangilao today for six hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
GPA customers located along Palomares Street will be affected by the outage.
According to GPA, line crews will be replacing wooden poles and upgrading lines.
GPA regrets the inconvenience to customers, saying the outage is necessary as a safety precaution to line crews as work is completed.
