MOTORISTS can expect continued traffic delays and roadwork on Routes 4 to 10 in Hagåtña, the Route 1 and Route 8 intersection (Hagåtña Bridge), Route 1 and Route 11 intersection in Piti, Route 4 at the Togcha and Talofofo Bridges, Route 7A in Hagåtña, and Route 17 in Talofofo.
In addition, the Ylig Bridge area in Yoña will be closed for one or two intervals of about 30 minutes starting at 1:30 a.m. as construction crews install bridge girders, except for a 10-foot lane for emergency vehicles.
These road closures at Ylig Bridge will continue until Aug. 24.
Lane shifts are still in effect in respective areas. All motorists should be mindful of signage and construction personnel at these areas.
