THE case against Wise Owl Animal Hospital owner and veterinarian Joel Joseph goes back to the Superior Court tomorrow.
A hearing for the ex-parte motion for relief from the temporary stay will take place in Judge Michael Bordallo’s court at 11 a.m.
In the final decision filed against Joseph in May, Joseph’s license was to be suspended for five years, as ordered by the Guam Board of Allied Health Examiners. Joseph is accused of negligence, disregard to orders to obtain required permits, falsifying facts, and accepting payment for services not rendered.
The stay was awarded on June 13. A response to the stay was filed on July 2, and the ex-parte motion was filed on July 26.
The case in its entirety has been ongoing since late last year.

We were advised by the AG's office that the hearing, postponed last week, was re-scheduled for this Thursday at 11 am in Judge Bordallo's court. That information was confirmed with the Superior Court.
We're not "in bed" with anybody. We're just following an ongoing story based on the official information that is available to us.
There is no hearing tomorrow. Once again the government is using MV to put out its propaganda against this vet. When is the MV going to learn that the government is lying - especially in regards to this case. Heck, even Captain America had to concede that the government is a pack of liars.
MV - you were duped twice before when they announced Dr. Joseph was closed. This is just one more time. Shame me once shame on you shame me twice shame on me. Shame me 3 times and the MV looks like it is just in bed with GovGuam corruption. My big question is why is MV in bed with them?
