A 48-year-old man is accused of sexually molesting a female minor known to him on several occasions for the past three months.
Primo Ciabo Dongan was arrested recently after police were informed that he had been inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl from May 1 to July 30.
According to the victim, Dongan allegedly touched her breast at least 10 times over the course of the summer, with the last incident occurring while she was sleeping at his house.
Dongan was charged in Superior Court with 10 counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony, and child abuse as a misdemeanor.
In addition to the alleged abuse, the victim reported that Dongan would try to make her watch pornographic videos and would try to use the restroom while she was showering.
The victim also told police that Dongan would “always call me sexy,” court documents stated.
