GUAM registered voters who fall under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) are now able to cast their vote for the primary election in one of three categories.
According to Guam Election Commission Executive Director Maria Pangelinan, UOCAVA voters can now send their ballots via email, regular air mail, or by fax.
This, however, is only applicable for the ballot in the Guam delegate for Congress race. Running for this office are incumbent delegate Madeleine Bordallo, Karlo Dizon, Jonathan Diaz, and Frank Blas Jr.
Requests for absentee ballots may be submitted at www.gec.guam.gov or by contacting the Guam Election Commission at P.O. Box BG Hagåtña, Guam 96932.
The fax number for GEC is 671-477-1895. The regular office number for GEC is 671-477-9791.
