MOTORISTS out and about today should be mindful of various road construction projects in Hagåtña and Talofofo that may cause delays.
In Hagåtña, the intersection at Route 1 and Route 8 will be experiencing five to 10-minute delays through the day as Core Tech International positions equipment and supplies into existing construction zones.
In the south, construction crews will begin paving the Talofofo Bridge starting this morning. The job should be completed by the end of the day, weather permitting.
Tomorrow, July 8, the paving of Togcha Bridge will begin.
According to the Department of Public Works, signs and flagmen will be in place to direct traffic at both areas.
DPW asks all motorists to proceed with caution while traveling in these areas.
