THE Marshals Division of the Judiciary is seeking the community’s help in locating a 44-year-old man wanted for allegedly violating court orders.
Sonsper Hadley is charged with violating the conditions of his probation. He was initially charged with reckless driving and DUI. There was a criminal warrant of arrest issued on March 30.
Hadley is described as 5-foot-4 weighing 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in Dededo.
