A 38-year-old man is behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting his girlfriend's 6-year-old niece.

Edward Keske Marar is being held on $100,000 cash bail and was charged with five counts criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony.

According to court documents, the girl stayed at her aunt's house to ease the burden of her commute to school.

While there, the aunt's boyfriend allegedly sexually assaulted the girl by performing lewd sexual acts.

The girl's mother reported Marar to police on Feb. 12, court documents state, after her daughter stayed with her sister for about a week.

Really now! Sex crimes on island is being committed by either locals and immigrants as well. What the freak is the problem with these people? Sick in the head? This is one case added to Guam's stats for being the nation of rapists! Seriously! 8)
