(PHRKAM) – PHR Ken Asset Management Inc. has announced that Hayato “Jack” Yoshino has stepped down as president.  Effective Jan. 31, Testuro Imamura, chairman of PHR Ken Asset Management Inc., took over as the new president.

Imamura has been on Guam for the past six months and is excited to begin work in his new position.

Imamura was born in the Kagoshima prefecture of Japan on April 1955. He graduated from Kyoto University (Faculty of Law) in March 1978.

Imamura joined the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in April 1978, mainly working in the loan supervising and analysis section of headquarters, and eventually holding positions such as managing director of the Machida Sales Division (April 2001), senior adviser of the Corporate Sales Division (July 2002) and senior executive officer of the Kansai Urban Banking Corporation, a subsidiary of the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (April 2006).

In November 2010, Imamura joined Ken Corporation and in July 2011 was assigned to serve as chairman of PHR Ken Asset Management Inc.

Yoshino wishes to thank the people of Guam, the island’s business community, the staff and management of all the Ken Corp. properties, and the PHR management team for all their support throughout the five years he has called Guam home.

Yoshino will return to Japan in anticipation of his next appointment.
