THE Guam Supreme Court issued an opinion yesterday remanding to the lower court the case of 15 customs and quarantine personnel challenging GovGuam’s policy on overtime pay, saying extra payment should be applied to those working in law enforcement agencies after working for 40 hours a week instead of 43 hours.
